Weight Watchers Candied Rose Petals recipe

18 small rose petals
1 1/2 teaspoons meringue powder
1 cup powdered sugar, sifted
1/2 cup superfine sugar
3 tablespoons water
Preparation
1. Rinse the rose petals very nicely and lay them out to dry on paper towels.
2. In a mixing bowl, mix the water, meringue powder and powdered sugar.
3. Beat on low pace till blended, then beat on excessive pace for about 4-5 minutes (or till fluffy).
4. Brush this combination on all sides of the dry rose petals after which mud them with the superfine sugar.
5. Let stands on wire rack for twenty-four hours to dry.
